Medical CoordinatorDuties:
- Coordinate and manage medical appointments for patients
- Schedule and reschedule appointments as necessary
- Communicate with patients and medical staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling process
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of patient appointments and medical information
- Assist with coordinating admissions
- Answer phone calls and provide information to patients regarding medical services
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient patient care
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
You will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and other staff members to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and efficient patient care.
