What you will be doing

  • You will support employees of the TÜV NORD GROUP (national and international) in all IT-related issues as part of internal IT support and are responsible for maintaining and restoring technical functionality.
  • You will perform targeted error analysis and troubleshooting in German and English, including on-site service, after receiving IT incidents via telephone, email, and self-service.
  • You will expand our internal knowledge database and stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments through further training.
  • You will also create application documentation for the activities carried out in the electronic ticket system in German and English.

What sets you apart

  • You have completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable education with a relevant focus, as well as extensive professional experience in IT application support and service desk according to ITIL.
  • You have excellent knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and advanced knowledge in MS Office support and log file analysis, common debugging tools, hardware, installation and commissioning of IT devices, as well as basic
