Our partner has been conducting clinical trials on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry for 27 years in Delta, CO. Highly qualified teams with extensive experience in conducting clinical trials work at six research centers throughout Germany.

Your responsibilities:

Management and coordination of the site (PDL)
Conducting clinical trials, planning, coordinating, recruiting, and implementing clinical trials in accordance with applicable GCP guidelines and laws
Economic evaluation of potential projects, portfolio management, and planning of studies
Evaluation of incoming projects in terms of workload, priority, and feasibility
Ensuring the safety of patients/participants in clinical trials at the site
Reviewing study protocols, ethics applications, patient information, and patient consent
Leading and coaching subordinate employees
Ensuring continuous development of employees
Further expansion of the site in terms of the number of conducted studies and recruitment of additional employees
Initiating and implementing measures to achieve set revenue and margin goals
Regular reporting to management
Communication with sponsors, CROs, and authorities, involvement in networks and associations
