The GEKKO Computer GmbH from Berlin is an online retail company that has been operating for over 20 years, specializing in the resale and distribution of used IT hardware.

With our professional IT solutions, we cater to small, medium, and large businesses. Our customers can find servers, workstations, and network products with us. We are currently seeking a full-time IT system salesman / IT system electronics technician (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities:
Providing customer support and product advice through written, telephone, and in-person communication at our location
From creating quotes to closing deals, you will be responsible for managing our customers
Maintaining product data for our merchandise management system and online sales channels
Actively participating in the development and improvement of our sales processes

Your profile:
Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT system salesman, IT system electronics technician, or equivalent qualification
Sales experience in IT hardware or a similar position
Strong communication skills, team-oriented personality with organizational talent
Good IT knowledge, especially in the areas of servers, networks, and storage
Good German language skills, written and spoken. Good English language skills are an advantage
