Website Project Coordinator Intern

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is interested in learning about digital marketing, project management, and digital demand efforts and working in a collaborative team environment at a fast-growing software company.


About the role:

  • Learn handson about digital marketing; understand how to update websites, project manage website redesigns, understand how website demand gen and analytics work
  • Assist with websites redesign efforts, including:


  • Investor site

  • help coordinate redesign


  • Japan site
  • help coordinate redesign


  • Careers site
  • help coordinate redesign
(if we move forward)
  • Assist with additional web projects:
  • User journey exploration
  • Landing page optimization
  • Take inventory and clean up Pardot forms (400+ forms exist)
  • Transfer top PDF assets on website to HTML pages
  • Navigation promos help coordinate new features as needed
  • New web page templates help creating new web page templates (ad hoc requests)
  • Syndication of key content assets
  • Support the Website Team with various projects and administrative tasks, as assigned
  • Present your work (special projects) to the Marketing department at the conclusion of your internship

    Basic qualifications:


    • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or another relevant field of study
    • Demonstrated skill in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
