    Job Description

    Sobi is looking for an Associate Director, Revenue and Gross-to-Net accounting. Responsibilities include revenue recognition, gross-to-net accounting, and special projects.

    Key Responsibilities/Scope of the Job:

    • Perform monthly close activities
    • Manage relationships with logistics providers
    • Analyze Sales, Medicaid, and other components
    • Support budget and forecasts preparation
    • Present financial reports to senior management
    • Drive automation initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Maintain revenue recognition practices
    • Assist external auditors
    • Contribute to special projects

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 7+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP and industry standards
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Strong analytical skills

    Additional Information

    The base salary range for this role is $146,000-$190,000 annually. Benefits include 401k match, incentives, and health coverage. Sobi values behaviors aligned with Care, Ambition, Ownership, and Partnership.
