    What You'll Do:


    The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team who is passionate about building a diversified and inclusive workforce and is focused on creating a best-in-class candidate experience.

    In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent while also providing essential administrative support throughout the recruitment process.

    Full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented people to join the Curaleaf team
    Partner and forge relationships with business leaders across the organization to support hiring needs in the short and long term
    Develop knowledge of company and team structures, core competencies, and critical skill sets needed to support business objectives
    Lead, own, and drive, the full- cycle recruiting process, including owning and managing all scheduling throughout the process
    Conduct interviews with internal and external candidates for all assigned roles
    Foster a relationship of trust and respect with all candidates while guiding them through the interview process and positioning Curaleaf as an employer of choice; establish clear expectations to support a positive candidate experience from start to finish
    Partner with hiring managers to assess and recommend top talent for hire; consult with managers on final selection, and manage the offer / offer negotiation process
    Continually strive to meet and exceed specified Talent Acquisition metrics and operate in the spirit of continuous improvement
    Assist with administrative tasks such as posting job ads, managing applicant tracking system, processing candidate documentation, and maintaining recruitment records
    Assist with special recruitment projects or initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts, employer branding campaigns, or process improvements

    What You'll Bring:
    Minimum 1-2 years of direct recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, or equivalent work experience
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Suite, and other relevant software tools
    Passion for supporting diverse, equitable and inclusive hiring practices
    Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
    Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset
    Adaptability and openness to change
