Job Summary:
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with personalized assistance
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces
- Educate customers on the quality, craftsmanship, and value of our jewelry
- Maintain knowledge of current jewelry trends and styles
- Process sales transactions accurately using the pointofsale (POS) system
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Participate in inventory management activities, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
