Description

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle, keep clean and maintained. Schedule oil changes and other maintenance as needed
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Execute timely and safe deliveries of floral arrangements, plants and gifts
• Verify the accuracy of each order before departing from the floral shop, report any discrepancies or missing items to the retail staff for resolution.
• Physical fitness and the ability to life and carry moderately heavy floral arrangements
• Knowledge of the local area and efficient route planning skills
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by being courteous, professional and friendly

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Valid professional driver's license with clean driving record
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree
