Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Manage office supplies and inventory levels
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Provide customer service and address inquiries or issues promptly
  • Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Assist with project coordination and followup tasks
  • Tour apartments with prospective residents
  • Coordinate service requests for maintenance
  • Create purchase orders to maintain maintenance supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowlege in property management is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience with phone systems and customer service practices

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
