    Introducing our exciting cutting-edge men's denim and sportswear line that embodies style, comfort, and versatility. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team.

    If you are passionate about men's fashion and have a knack for designing innovative and trendsetting pieces in Mens design we invite you to be a part of this exciting teamAs a designer for our men's denim and sportswear line, you will have the opportunity to create a collections that resonate with our target audience.

    Through your creativity and expertise, you will develop designs that strike the perfect balance between contemporary trends and timeless aesthetics in denim and sportswearResponsibilities:

    Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create new designs for our men's denim and sportswear line.
    Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
    Develop sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings that translate your ideas into tangible designs.
    Create detailed tech packs, including specifications and measurements, to facilitate the production process.
    Work closely with our product development team to ensure designs are executed to the highest quality standards.
    Continuously review and refine the fit and functionality of each garment to optimize comfort and performance.
    Stay informed about advancements in fabric technology, construction techniques, and sustainable practices.
    Collaborate with the production team to monitor and maintain the integrity of the manufacturing process.
    Participate in fittings and provide valuable feedback to ensure the final products meet design expectations.
    Actively contribute to the brand's overall aesthetic and vision, while maintaining a strong understanding of our target market.

    Qualifications:
    Possess a strong passion for men's fashion and a deep understanding of current trends.
    Demonstrate a proven track record in designing men's denim and sportswear, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise.
    Familiarity with denim construction, wash techniques, and fabric blends is highly desirable.
    Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
    Excellent knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making.
    Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality, ensuring each garment is meticulously crafted.
    Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Flexibility and adaptability to evolving trends and design requirements.
    A bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field is preferred but not essential.
    Salary- open to freelance $100,000-$110,000
    Location- New York, NY- hybrid
