About Ciera EVANS:

I am a fashion industry professional specializing in apparel technical design. I graduated from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise in Los Angeles,Ca with a degree in Merchandise Product development (Technical Design Focus) and Fashion Design. 

Throughout working with many recognized fashion brands  in the industry I have become very versatile in all categories. I’ve worked on active, lingerie, outerwear, denim, full fashion sweaters, cut and sew, plus size, kids and RTW. In which I was able to become a jack of all trades within the fashion industry.

My personal goal is to make every garment I touch the best fit possible. I am a technical designer first but I also can design, create artwork/graphics, product development and production. Please take a look at my portfolio as I share with you who I am and my capabilities.
