- Support the 'Define' stage of a Project taking it from a sold project through commissioning
- Assist Sales during the proposal and approval process including the coordinating
preliminary and final architectural drawing packages to gain customer approval and
meeting position objective - Help ensure accuracy of Project Pricing, Discounts, and Invoicing to meet customer profile
and proposal - Support prioritizing to help Manufacturing and Purchasing build equipment and procure
necessary materials in an efficient manner while still meeting the ship date - Help identify any special project needs early in process to allow for necessary design efforts
and sufficient procurement lead times - Coordinate with customer stake holders including architects, engineers, regulators, GC's
supporting permitting and inspections - Work with PM's, Department Managers, and Mechanical Designers to prioritize tasking
- Support ancillary Project activities such as invoicing, collections, service recovery, etc. to
close out projects meeting position objective - Be responsive to the customers' needs and follow through on all aspects of requests, both
written and verbal - Objective support of conflict resolution between stakeholders through the application of
stated values. - Project Ownership
- College degree from an accredited college or university preferred (Project or Construction
Management) - 3+ years of relevant work experience (construction or manufacturing project coordination)
