Your contribution to the energy transition Do you want to support the two project teams at the Heilbronn location administratively and project-related and free up the project developers' backs? You monitor deadlines and time limits You work on contract management and reporting You support in compiling project and application documents You maintain files and manage project documentation and general file management You independently create letters with legal explanatory value, spreadsheets, and presentations You take on general office organization tasks such as telephone service, appointment scheduling, and preparation of meetings In addition to your energy, you bring with you Successfully completed training as a legal and/or notary assistant or a comparable qualification Expandable knowledge in contract law (supply and service contracts, lease and rental agreements, purchase contracts, terms and conditions, etc.); land register and property law as well as basic knowledge in administrative law Good IT skills, especially in the MS
