- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to empower team members to excel in their roles.
- Product Evangelism: Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our solutions in the BFSI industry. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our products and thought leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on the BFSI industry.
- 5+ years experience managing and coaching product managers.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Experience with B2B software development, software as a service, and cloud deployments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Confident and articulate verbal and written communication skills, including at the executive level.
