Administrative Coordinator - East Rutherford, United States - Hoxton Circle
Description
Hoxton Circle has partnered with a commercial retail client that needs administrative support in their family office headquarters. The role will be covering a leave on the EA side supporting C-suite and company owners. The role will be contract/temporary until January/February of next year with a possibility of going permanent. See job duties below, the role is 5-days onsite.Primary Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management in a very fastpaced environment
- Extensive meeting coordination via a very active calendar of appointments
- Keeping President ontrack with appointments, meetings, and calls
- Maintaining some financial information related to donations, expenses, etc.
- Occasional support of other senior leaders
- Managing company vehicles including disputing toll violations, handling insurance policies, etc.
- Completing administrative duties related to maintaining latest printouts, ordering office lunch, greeting visitors, and scheduling personal appointments.
Qualifications:
- 23 years experience supporting a fast past HQ administratively.
- Experience working at an EA highly preferred.
- Highly proficient in with Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
