Responsibilities:


  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Assist with project coordination and followup on action items
  • Provide administrative support for various office tasks
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial record keeping
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately
  • Experience in office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Ability to Relocate:

  • New York, NY 10007: Relocate before starting work (required)
