SUMMARY:
- Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit targets
- Directs daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to policies
- Recruits and trains staff to deliver exceptional service

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures quality operating systems are in place
- Conducts performance evaluations and manages team development
- Supervises staff to maintain high standards in food preparation and customer service
- Manages recruitment, hiring, and training processes
- Ensures compliance with accounting procedures and budget objectives
- Conducts performance reviews and participates in marketing programs
- Handles administrative tasks efficiently and resolves complaints
- Participates in meetings and training sessions to stay updated with certifications and procedures

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of restaurant staff and managers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience with career progression
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and restaurant management systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Language Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand and respond to customer needs

Computer Skills:
- Basic computer skills required
- Proficiency in Excel preferred

Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Comfortable with sitting, standing, and walking

Work Environment:
- Enjoy a temperature-controlled restaurant environment
