About the Job:
The Four Seasons Naples is in search of a Club General Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, passionate, energetic, and visible leader with a natural authority to communicate with a diverse range of employees, members, and guests at the entire campus.
Candidates with extensive Club General Manager experience, ideally including Residential or equity club, Golf, and Rental components, are invited to apply.
As a member of our team, the General Manager collaborates across disciplines to deliver an outstanding experience and contribute to our planning committee.
Responsibilities:
- **Focus on member-centric approach.** Must drive enhanced and innovative member programming.
- **Develop and retain top talent** while collaborating with ownership to manage costs.
- **Model Evolve Leadership Behaviors** and be an inspirational and motivational leader for a high-performing team.
- **Think strategically**, proactively, treating the business as if it were their own while considering all stakeholders' needs.
- **Communicate strategically** - capable of understanding and navigating complex social settings, knowing what information is crucial to share and when, as well as what not to share and why.
- **Remain open-minded** about ownership priorities and expectations, confident in delivering messages to MSD group, acting as an educated and confident thought-partner to MSD and FS regarding Club trends, opportunities, and operations.- **Drive all property initiatives** related to hygiene, environment, and sustainability.
- **Demonstrate a creative, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach** to club operations with the goal of continually enhancing the member experience, boosting revenues, and cutting operating costs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Club General Manager experience, with at least 10 years of Hospitality Management experience.
- Preference for CCM, CCE, PGA, CAM, or other relevant designations.
- Strong leadership skills, presentation abilities, and problem-solving acumen; exposure to data analytics and performance assessment is a plus.
- Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and follow-up capabilities.
- Legal work authorization in the United States required.
