Current LPN license in good standing
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations related to long-term care

Responsibilities Include:

Managing medication orders, equipment, and supplies as directed
Administering treatments and medications as prescribed by the physician
Keeping the resident's physician and family informed of any changes in the resident's condition
Providing professional nursing services such as tube feedings, catheterization, and wound care
Monitoring the health status of residents and ensuring their needs are met
Advocating for patients and ensuring their care aligns with their personal preferences
Completing necessary documentation accurately and promptly
