Description

The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on an inpatient setting. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.

Requirements:

Master's degree required.
NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.
Membership in the NASW Academy is a plus.
Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.
Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and CWS required.
Additional language fluency and computer literacy preferred.
Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.

Salary:
$35.20/ hr
