Your Responsibilities

Method responsibility for embedded software development (process ownership)
Consulting on product- and industry-specific standards and norms (cranes, earthmoving, aerospace, mining, etc.) regarding embedded software
Providing/developing method competence (e.g. design guidelines) for embedded software development
Intensive, advisory role in projects (e.g. through reviews)
Defining requirements and accompanying implementation of quality assurance measures (e.g. unit testing, continuous integration)
Implementation and further development of software development strategies
Supporting requirement management

Bringing strengths:
Your Qualifications

Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable degree with relevant professional experience
Several years of experience in software development for embedded systems
Experience with relevant coding standards
Knowledge of developing hardware-related real-time software
Experience in agile product development (SCRUM)
Ideally experience in process or method definition
Strategic, cross-functional thinking and high abstraction ability
Willingness to work in a volatile environment
Ideally knowledge in the field of product-related cyber security
High level of independent and self-directed work
Communication skills in English/German
