Your Menu

Responsible for availability of goods and equipment for events and catering, ordering in the inventory management system while adhering to recipes and considering economic aspects
Ensuring smooth operations in the entire kitchen/counter area, including personnel scheduling and training at the counter for events
Working hand-in-hand and coordinating with event management and service team
Ensuring desired food quality, attractive presentation, and precise preparation of dishes
Constantly monitoring food quality and freshness, as well as proper storage and processing to comply with HACCP standards
Regularly checking equipment and appliances for functionality, and adhering to and monitoring all occupational safety and hygiene regulations
Assisting with preparation of dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients
