Your Menu

  • Responsible for availability of goods and equipment for events and catering, ordering in the inventory management system while adhering to recipes and considering economic aspects
  • Ensuring smooth operations in the entire kitchen/counter area, including personnel scheduling and training at the counter for events
  • Working hand-in-hand and coordinating with event management and service team
  • Ensuring desired food quality, attractive presentation, and precise preparation of dishes
  • Constantly monitoring food quality and freshness, as well as proper storage and processing to comply with HACCP standards
  • Regularly checking equipment and appliances for functionality, and adhering to and monitoring all occupational safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assisting with preparation of dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients
