YOUR TASKS:

As an IT specialist for system integration HR payroll (m/f/d), you will support the coordination and technical processing of monthly payroll runs as well as related follow-up activities (e.g. data transmission to tax authorities and health insurance companies)
You ensure the functionality of internal interfaces and systems for payroll accounting and support the optimization of processes and systems
You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the payroll system and provide support for any technical issues
You work closely with the HR department and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
You contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems through your expertise and suggestions for optimization
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and company-specific regulations in the area of payroll accounting
You support in the preparation of payroll-related reports and statistics
You are the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and provide them with competent and
