The impact you can have


The RSC Process Improvement Manager will identify and decrease waste by optimizing the performance of the different operational areas for all RSC's (Distribution Centers).

What you'll do

  • Oversee and lead the WMOS
  • Labor Management System Deployment effort to all Distribution Sites. Develop and lead process improvement efforts and streamline processes in all centers.
  • Manage the Labor Management System Governance and controls for all sites which includes project schedules, regular standard reviews for accuracy, steering committee meetings and RSC Communications.
  • Manage a project team (engineers and field operators) to the successful implementation and governance of a Labor Management System on time and within budget.
  • As part of the LMS Deployment and Labor Standard Governance, routinely assess RSC Change Management readiness, develop Change Management plan and materials, and conduct change management training/exercises.
  • Continually improve operational performance and quality through the oversight of the Distribution standard work program, visual management, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work with Horizontal Teams to identify, validate and complete process improvement business cases and ROI's.
  • Maintain Labor Standard records and governance program using Standards Pro Software and routinely audit for accuracy.
  • Lead and develop Sr Ops Managers.
What you need to succeed

  • 25% travel required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, logistics or relevant business field.
  • 7+ years' experience with Manhattan WMOS and Labor Management with emphasis on leading Labor Management System deployments, Labor Standards Governance, and operational process improvement.
  • 7+ years' experience strong analytical skills with an emphasis for data driven recommendations and decision making. Perform collaborative analysis with field and other corporate functions (e.g., sales, operations, transportation, procurement, IT).
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to lead, influence, and communicate across field and corporate departments, at all levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving key performance indicators.
  • Ability to emphasize, lead, and support our "Safety First" culture throughout DC operations.
  • Successful experience leveraging Lean leadership, quality programs and collaborative performance improvements.

$ $168000 annually
