About us:

The Children and Youth Welfare Center Neukölln is a primarily residential facility network of the EJF and offers needs-based, resource-oriented assistance for a variety of life and problem situations for children, adolescents, and families, with the goal of finding the best possible solutions and developing future perspectives together with them.

Introducing our Children and Youth Welfare Center
We are looking for you to join our child protection residential group in Alt-Treptow as soon as possible in part-time hours/week), initially for a period of 1 year, with the desire for a long-term collaboration.

Your tasks will include:

Caring for and providing for infants and toddlers (03 years)
Pedagogical daily activities
Providing security and clear structures
Collaboration in a multiprofessional team in early and late shifts

You bring with you:

Completed training with state recognition as an educator (m/f/d)
Enjoyment of working with young children
The ability to interact with children and family members in a respectful manner

Attractive collective remuneration according to AVR DWBO (EG 7) with extensive tariff increases of 8% (2023 to 2024) as well as annual special payment
