Team Lead Order Management (m/f/d)

BIELEFELD, FULL-TIME Your responsibilities:
Establishing a disposition team at our location in Bielefeld and leading them in a disciplinary manner Coordination and planning of demand, order and disposition dates with the product management and key account departments Consolidation of fabric qualities and cross-client coordination of material needs Conducting and monitoring capacity planning for in-house production (own manufacturing facilities and contract manufacturers) in coordination with planning teams in Asia Continuous monitoring of delivery status in coordination with merchandising functions in Asia and product management/key account in Bielefeld Utilizing synergies in material procurement Further development of purchasing controlling, including establishing a monitoring/control system for material orders Proactively improving purchasing and procurement processes Regular travel/visits to fabric fairs (domestic and international)

Your profile:
Completed degree or commercial training with several years of experience in disposition, preferably in the textile or clothing industry Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop others Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels Strong affinity for numbers and a deep
