Overview:
Duties:
- Primarily assist the Accounting Department Manager and occassionally assist the Office Manager by performing clerical tasks such as typing, scanning, filing, data entry, making phone calls and setting up apptointments.
- Act as liaison between clients, accounting team and our team in the field to provide a hassle free experience for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
- Act as point of contact with vendors and assist with bidding out vendor contracts as directed by Accounting Manager
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with proposal entry, scheduling and ordering materials
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding during high volume times
- Act as a floater to cover essential tasks when coworkers are out of office
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
- Quickbooks and / or Jobber experience a plus but not required
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
