Independent supervision of onsite execution in accordance with plans and regulations
Coordination of contractors while meeting deadlines, costs, and quality standards
Reviewing invoices and change orders
Identifying and resolving defects until final acceptance
Assisting our planners during the planning phase (review) and in creating performance specifications
Participating in the procurement process
