MAINTENANCE HELPER

Reports to:
Assistant Chief Engineer/Chief Engineer

Large Class A commercial office building is looking for a full time Maintenance Helper

This position will assist the Senior Maintenance Technicans with maintaining the physical condition of the property. The Maintenance Helper will spend 100% of their time performing hands on repair/maintenance work.


Qualifications:

• Education - High School or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions.

Experience:

• Minimum of one-year previous experience preferred, but not required as this is an entry level position. Under the direction of Assistant Chief Engineer, the Maintenance Helper must be able to assist in general building repairs.

Optimal employee will have the willingness and ability to support fellow team members in reaching departmental goals and being a team player.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST.

Pay:
$1.00 - $2.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
