Officina [oh - fee - she - nah], or "workshop," is an Italian-inspired culinary collective from Chef Nicholas Stefanelli of Michelin-star Masseria.

Preferred Qualifications
- Availability to work shift during weekends and evenings
What we expect from you

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team(s)
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules
Key Responsibilities
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots, delicate china)
- Store clean dishes, glasses, silverware and equipment appropriately
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils especially during peak hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary
- Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize kitchen area, including the floor
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat on a regular basis
- Ability to lift/move around up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to go up and down stairs throughout the shift.
- All employees are to maintain a neat and wellgroomed appearance (specifics will be provided)
