DPR Construction is currently seeking a Corporate Real Estate Lease Analyst.

This role is responsible in providing support the corporate real estate team with management of the real estate portfolio and it's lease administration software, ProLease.

The lease analyst will collaborate with the real estate leader, business unit leaders, internal support teams and external vendors to manage portfolio data, as well as provide analytic and administrative support.


Business analysts are proactive about working with all parts of the real estate team, all stakeholders and external partners, to optimize processes and technologies to achieve long-term goals.

A successful lease analyst will be tenacious in the face of difficult problems, driven to help others succeed and think creatively to propose new solutions and process improvements.


  • Responsibilities_:
  • Abstract all new leases and amendments of existing leases, highlighting important terms that need to be shared with real estate and extended teams, i.e. F&A
  • Synthesize leases terms that will require notifications with events that may occur during occupancy.
  • Monitor critical notice and expiration dates.
  • Proactively communicate with F&A, IT, Risk and Insurance teams to obtain necessary information for active transactions and anticipate changes that may affect these teams through transaction and occupancy phases.
  • Track and send out notices required to meet obligations, internally and externally.
  • Work with Real Estate Lead and F&A in collection of TI Allowances, Security Deposits, other Landlord Payments and provide support in annual operating expense reconciliations.
  • Answer questions and requests from internal business unit teams regarding leases, properties, expenses, etc.
  • Assist local business units with lease terminations, move outs and restoration of Premises.
  • Provide support in transactions, setting up and participating in meeting, taking meeting notes, and communicating with stakeholders and outside real estate service providers.
  • Work alongside Real Estate Lead to gather information for internal deliverables such as Project Initiation Forms, Lease Execution Notice Forms, and Project Directories and F&Qs.
  • Work with FF&E, Branding and Comms, IT to coordinate during design phases of projects.
  • Daily review of transactions to help drive necessary communications with stakeholders, with issues relating to space programming, design, financial analysis of project, document review, etc.
  • Lead set up of local inhouse project teams.
  • Participate in meetings as necessary and help track schedules, coordinating with entities, IT, Branding, signage, Sustainability.
  • Support Real Estate Lead in annual reports regarding real estate activities, expense, head count and utilization metrices,
  • Work closely with F&A to review ongoing operating expenses and facility management costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, better utilization of resources, improved communications and faster issue resolution.
  • Education & Experience:_
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, commercial real estate and finance, construction management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 35+ years commercial real estate or lease administration work experience.
  • A background in real estate finance, commercial lease transactions, or project management is desired.
  • Strong Office 365 experience, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Bluebeam. Experience in ProLease, or other lease administration programs a plus.
  • Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.

Anticipated starting pay range:
$60, $91,427.00
