What to Expect:

You will support the business customer advisors as well as the individual and corporate customer advisors in selling all products and services, including those of our cooperative distribution partners. Your main tasks will include:

Analyzing customer needs, identifying cross-selling opportunities, preparing for and following up on customer meetings, and processing customer documents

Managing the market-side processing of credit transactions and their technical processing

Requesting all necessary financial documents as part of the market-side credit application process, conducting preliminary checks on the financial situation of borrowers and the provided collateral

Preparing a comprehensive credit decision, taking into account the bank's risk capacity

Monitoring deadlines, ensuring compliance with requirements, supporting advisors in ongoing business operations, and being responsible for entering and maintaining system-relevant data
