Description

Duties:

Exterior Maintenance in early morning hours
Perform general maintenance tasks such as power washing, window cleaning, sweeping, leaf blowing, shoveling & salting, painting, and carpentry work
Respond to maintenance requests
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs
Event Setup of tables and chairs
Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
Provide excellent customer service to members and address any concerns or complaints

Experience:

Previous experience in building maintenance
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with members and address their needs

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Must be available early mornings from 6am-11am. Must have reliable transportation to Deal NJ
