shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Perform transactions for members by inbound calls
Ability to handle a high volume of member calls daily.
Process loan and credit card applications.
Answer member questions.
Send appropriate letters and materials to members upon request.
Direct calls to proper destination.
