    Club Fortune Casino is hiring for a Guest Service Representative

    $13 - $15/hour Plus Tips

    Summary:

    Guest Service Representatives are the face of the casino, and are responsible for providing friendly and excellent guest service. This position assists guests with all inquiries and transactions. This includes the exchange of gaming instruments for cash, maintaining the Cage cash summary and Cage balance sheet, and following all Gaming Control Board standards regarding cash handling. This position is also responsible for conducting Kiosk cash fills and ATM cash fills.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
    • Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
    • Provide timely service in a friendly and courteous manner; respond to and resolve guest complaints when able.
    • Answer guest questions and be knowledgeable about property events and promotions
    • Maintain accurate records
    • Participate and assist with events and promotions as needed
    • Promote and enroll guests in Club Fortune Casino's rewards program
    • Perform cash transactions of gaming and monetary instruments
    • Maintain cage shift cash summary and balance sheets
    • Balance Main Bank within variance policy standards
    • Serve as control for issue of sensitive keys
    Requirements

    Qualifications :
    • Minimum six months previous guest service experience and cash handling experience, preferably in a casino.
    • Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
    • Must possess excellent guest relations, communication and organizational skills
    • Must be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team
    • Knowledge of Title 31 is plus
    • This is a Gamed position; qualified applicants must be over the age of 21 and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card
    Salary Description

    $13 - $15 per hour
