TechStyle OS is currently looking for a **Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Fabletics Retail.**

As the **Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis - Fabletics Retail**, you would be responsible for the leading the planning, reporting, and KPI tracking process for the Fabletics Retail team during a high growth period. You will have the opportunity to think critically about our unique omni-channel customer experience and leverage data to create meaningful change. The position will continue to innovate and lead the Fabletics Retail finance processes to drive efficiency, ensure financial transparency and inform strategic decision making. The right candidate would thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have a proven track record of using data models to answer business questions and inform recommendations for driving scale and growth.

This position will report to the **Sr. Manager of FP&A Fabletics Retail** .

**Responsibilities:**

Establish excellence in management reporting and analysis for our Global Retail (North America and Europe) retail fleet:

+ Assist with preparation of Weekly KPI reports, Monthly Forecast packages, Annual Budgets and Long-Range Plans, and materials for quarterly Board presentations and reporting for our Global Retail business

+ Track key performance indicators for our global retail stores to draw meaningful analyses and provide summary highlights and recommendations where appropriate.

+ Partner with Store Development and Real Estate teams on new store capital expenditure planning and existing store facilities and maintenance costs; Maintain organization of cost reporting for total global retail

+ Partner with the Accounting and functional teams on month-end close to ensure accuracy of financial results; assist in the monthly preparation of presentations of financial results for internal leadership team and Board of Directors

+ Ownership of OpEx and Capital Expenditure reporting and variance analysis across the business

+ Support ad-hoc financial modelling and analysis, and providing data driven insights into variances and trends; Collaborate across the organization to develop end-to-end analyses in support of critical strategic decision-making.

+ Assist in the development of standardized store level and consolidated P&L reporting to identify trends and provide recommendations to senior management.

+ Build and maintain business and financial acumen, particularly as it relates to retail industry trends, best practices, and potential issues to proactively address potential impacts on the business

Business Partnership:

+ Support and collaborate with the global Fabletics Retail department heads to identify risks and opportunities related to store level sales and inventory planning, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.

+ Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to identify efficiency opportunities and ensure accurate and timely responses in line with business needs.

+ Assess potential new store opportunities by examining market sales trends, quantifying the expected return on investment, and comparing existing locations with similar characteristics

+ Contribute to the strategic analysis in support of new channel and market opportunities globally.

Deliver planning process excellence:

+ Enable department owners to become self-reliant in leveraging existing and new tools for reporting.

+ Establish, maintain, and monitor progress as it relates to the monthly forecast calendar.

+ Interface with the business leads to confirm assumptions used for budgeting and forecasting.

**Required Skills:**

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in management reporting in a business function or a corporate finance function as well as:

BA/BS degree in Finance, or related field or equivalent practical experience; An MBA degree highly preferable

Experience working in Retail Finance strongly preferred

Proven excellence working with complex financial models, reporting systems, and data

Demonstrated expertise in leveraging Financial Systems (Hyperion, Oracle, SmartView, Think-Cell, Tableau) to empower a global organization to efficiently plan and monitor financial performance

Strong technical understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows)

Strong Analytical acumen with the ability to transform large amounts of data into meaningful and actionable executive communication

Ability to translate a business problem statement into an economic model or framework, with defined inputs and outputs; capable of identifying key variables and their relationships and modeling potential outcomes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to succinctly convey relevant information across multiple levels of the organization

Advanced Skills in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Excellent problem solving and data-manipulation skills

Effective communication skills both interpersonal and written

Passion to continuously provide exceptional customer service to all internal business partners
