THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU:


  • Analysis and definition of target groups
  • Development of Employer Branding USPs
  • Creation of a concept draft for marketing measures with a focus on social media, including cost calculation
  • Development of a recommendation catalog with target groupspecific recruiting measures
  • Active and independent implementation of the social media concept with concept validation and possible revisions
  • Coordination with other departments
  • Coaching from adjacent areas
