As a Procedural Scheduler-GI, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care while abiding by all HIPAA laws and regulations in an outpatient clinic setting. Your role is instrumental in the assessment process for the clinic visit which includes scheduling procedures, laboratory testing, and radiology tests. You will be scheduling patients in the office and also over the phone and providing information and education to the patients regarding their procedures. This position is in the heart of Norfolk, VA 23502
