Job Summary:
Ensure that internal and external customers are supplied with all required materials and supporting documentationsQualification:High school diploma or GEDMust be able to interact effectively with employees at all levels in a team environmentAbility to apply common sense understanding and sound judgment to carry out detailed written and oral instructionsForklift LicenseAutomotive Tier 1 Experience preferredMust be able to perform this job successfully, and must be able to perform all essential functionsKnowledge of IATF 1649Knowledge of ISO 14001: 2015
Major Accountabilities:
Be present at work, ready to work at the assigned time for every scheduled work dayFollow all work instructions for all assigned operations.
Work safely, following safety work instructionsOperate assigned mobile equipment including fork trucks/tuggers safely and with due consideration to pedestrians and safety regulationsSupply the assigned manufacturing area(s) with raw materials, parts, supplies and dunnage to maintain uptimeOperate assigned mobile equipment, including fork trucks safely and with due consideration to pedestriansPerform inspections/maintenance of assigned mobile equipment as requiredEnsure that all materials and finished goods are stored and labeled with proper documentationTake inventory counts as required; make sure parts/finished goods are stored in designated locationsReport to supervision the absence of, or defect in any equipment or protective device of which you are aware and which may endanger the health and safety of yourself or another workerAbide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee HandbookWork Environment:
Constant communication with employees, peers, and management.
Frequent distractions and interruptionsMultiple demands in a challenging and fast paced- team orientated environmentNoisy environmentOvertime as required.
