Part-Time After School Teacher (West Newton)

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of children? Come join our team at Peirce Extended Day Program in West Newton We're seeking several creative, enthusiastic, motivated, well-rounded individuals to join our teaching staff.

This position begins in late August of 2023 and goes through June 2024.

PEDP is an after school enrichment program offering a variety of activities (arts & crafts, sports, games, cooking, music, theater, STEM, field trips, etc.) to children in grades K-5.

Applicants must have experience with this age group.

Available Positions:

• Wednesdays 11:00 6:15 pm

9 hours per week (includes attendance at Tuesday morning staff meetings, 10:30 - 12:00 via zoom )

• Compensation: $ $23 per hour depending on education and/or experience

Willing to work around a college schedule

- elementary aged (K-5) childcare: 1 year (required)
