Description

Live music venue and bar owners in search of a full time personal assistant. Monday to Friday In addition to some evenings and weekends. Good opportunity for introduction into the music, events and hospitality industries.

Looking for an exceptional individual who is career minded as well as detail and goal oriented. Interest in Austin nightlife and Austin's art, music and cultural landscape is a plus. Must possess strong computer skills including spreadsheets and google drive, be social media savvy and have reliable transportation.


Workload will include diverse tasks:
Calendar Management

Data entry

Filing

Uploading receipts

Ordering supplies

Organizing office and storage areas

Attending meetings

Getting lunch

Invoicing

Shopping

Returns

Personal tasks

Running errands

Buying gifts


Pay:
$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
