We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our established team of general pediatricians who provide clinical care for over 12,000 infants, children, and adolescents in the ambulatory setting, and provide inpatient service to newborns in the Mother-Baby Unit.
Embracing multidisciplinary collaboration, the Medical and Quality Director will initiate, develop, direct, evaluate, and sustain ambulatory quality improvement efforts, as well as partner with the Practice Manager to direct the efficient operations of the General Pediatrics and Adolescent Health Clinic at Doernbecher.
All division members actively participate in a broad range of clinical, quality, educational, and research activities. Division members develop and support family-centered care principles, and demonstrate excellence in communication with families and referring providers. The Division is extensively involved in providing and leading educational endeavors for medical students and pediatric residents. More than half of Oregon's practicing pediatricians trained at Doernbecher.OHSU Doernbecher is located in Portland, Oregon.
