Your tasks

Customer support: In cooperation with the sales team and representatives, you will support our customers.
Order processing: You will enter customer orders, returns, and notify them of delivery.
Monitoring: You will monitor delivery dates and proactively conduct order monitoring.
Communication: As a contact person for our customers, you will answer order-specific questions and maintain close communication with the sales team and representatives.
Internal communication: You will work closely with other departments such as project management, logistics, and accounting to ensure a smooth process.
Master data maintenance: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer and product master data.

Your profile

Education: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
Experience: You have initial professional experience in customer order processing.
Knowledge: You have good MS Office skills and ideally have experience with ERP systems.
