    Position Overview:

    As a Home Health Aide at BrightStar Care of Wellington, you'll be a beacon of hope and support for those who need it most. Our mission is to empower our clients to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their homes. Your role will be instrumental in achieving this mission, providing assistance with daily living, creating genuine connections, and leaving a lasting impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
    • Offer companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to brighten our clients' day.
    • Document and maintain records of client care and progress.
    • Foster communication and trust with clients and their families.
    • Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional care.

    Qualifications:

    • Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA).

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence.
    • A passion for brightening the lives of others.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
    • Must have an AHCA level 2 background screening.
