- Manage field tuning exercises and ride performance of various Fox applications spanning from internal aftermarket applications to OE testing with external customers.
- Manage external relationships and projects with large OE customers.
- Utilize and improve on vehicle data acquisition methods to assist in dynamic vehicle tuning.
- Calculate and setup theoretical vehicle starting specifications (springs, damping curves, etc.) for various vehicle use cases.
- Drive a wide range of vehicles on and off road safely and consistently
- Operate shock dyno's and interpret characterization data to assist with vehicle tuning practices
- Rebuild a wide range of Fox shocks
- Proficient PC skills required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 3D Modeling
- Ability to use Matlab, VB, or any other programming language that would benefit data processing and analysis
- Ability to subjectively evaluate passenger vehicles dynamically and make educated tuning decisions on vehicle setup to achieve project target goals
- Ability to perform extensive hands on work by rebuilding shock absorbers, operating shock dyno's, driving vehicles both on and off road
- Detailed on road subjective evaluation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of vehicle dynamics engineering experience
- Automotive field shock absorber tuning experience
- On vehicle data acquisition and general wiring/electronics experience preferred
- Manual lathe, mill, welding, fabrication experience preferred
- Excel and basic CAD experience
- Off road driving and vehicle recovery experience
- Office/Test Lab/Field (Desert) Environment
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
- May lift up to 50 lbs.
- Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
- Requires the ability to drive on and off road for extended periods of time
