  • A master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling, nursing, or a related field; three years of increasingly responsible experience in the provision of Mental Health services, including two years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Depending on the position, a professional license may be required

Job Duties:


  • The primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provides leadership, clinical, and administrative supervision to a team of licensed therapists embedded within a large multidisciplinary team.
  • Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new staff to the program.
  • Ensures the program meets CARF, Licensure, and Medicaid requirements by reviewing policies and procedures and performing quality assurance review of charts.
  • Collaborates with internal agency programs related to referrals to the program, staff training, and the development of agencywide initiatives.
  • Works closely with the leadership team and staff to continually develop the program by assessing needs, researching and implementing evidencebased practices, and making strategic decisions to improve program quality and outcomes.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with other community stakeholders and service providers, including community corrections and social services.
  • Manages inquiries from the community regarding treatment resources and referrals and promotes the program at various community events.
  • Maintains a small caseload of consumers for individual therapy and provides coverage of assessments and groups as needed. Perform other work as required.


The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing, flexibility and response to changing priorities, and skills in navigating technology, including documentation in an Electronic Health Record.


  • While the agency offers telehealth services to participants in the program, this position does not currently include the option for a remote work schedule.

Monday - Friday with two required evening shifts until 9:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Option for either a five-day work week or a four-day work week.
