    Position Overview:


    As a Senior Recruiter working alongside our Trades Team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our projects.

    The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, particularly within the trades industry, and a passion for building strong teams.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers and project leaders to understand staffing requirements.
    • Execute endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.

    Trades Industry Expertise:

    • Leverage industry knowledge to identify and engage with skilled candidates in the trades sector.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent in the industry.

    Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, project goals, and staffing priorities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.

    Recruitment Strategy:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and industry events.

    Onboarding Support:

    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    • Ensure new employees are wellprepared for success in their roles.

    Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.
    • Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

    Qualifications:


    • Proven experience as a senior recruiter, preferably in the trades or construction industry.
    • Indepth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

    Preferred Skills:


    • Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
