Your tasks:


  • Lead projects and take responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality goals
  • Plan and coordinate production environments in Germany and abroad
  • Develop and implement concepts to increase efficiency in the production process (manufacturing technology, production flow, material flow)
  • Design capability building projects
  • Identify and analyze innovative production methods and derive concepts for improving product and process quality
  • Prepare approval proposals for management by compiling and preparing production metrics for costeffectiveness calculations

Your profile:


  • Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, factory planning or equivalent knowledge and professional experience
  • Extensive experience in project management and execution
  • Extensive and interdisciplinary technical knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes used in the MRO sector
  • Good understanding of business fundamentals and relationships
  • Excellent computer skills (SAP R3, MS-Office, MS-Project)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to work in a team, high level of service orientation and customer focus
