    NOW HIRING PRN (5 hours a week)

    Are you a Physical Therapist that loves outpatient orthopedics but is tired of double and triple booking patients? Do you enjoy building and establishing relationships with your clients and working with them one on one? Do you love working with an older adult population? Would you love the opportunity to treat them both in our facility and in their own environment?

    Work in our assisted / independent living community Outpatient at its best One patient per hour Often treating in the residence homes so you can really get to know their environment.

    No Nights No Weekends No Holidays Flexibility

    What You'll Do
    • Using your extensive expertise - and sincere desire to help people - to evaluate and treat active older adult patients
    • Provide individual therapy in our in house outpatient clinics
    • Connect with family members, physicians, and other team members to coordinate care and deliver successful outcomes
    • Receive support, training and advice from our clinical practice team
    • Inspire your patients to set and reach goals, so they can live their best life
    • Be proactive identifying the patients needs and acting on them
    • Act as your patient's health and wellness coach to advance them to through their best life
    • Use your expertise to independently and creatively to create the road map to your patient achieving their goals.
    What You'll Bring
    • Licensed Physical Therapy License
    • Established clinicians with at least two (2) years of clinical experience
    • A passion for working with active older adults
